The Rules

Our rules are pretty simple. No preservatives, no artificial flavors/color, no refined flours or sugars, just all natural, all clean. You can eat any veggies, fruits, proteins, and dairy. They need to be fresh, and if possible locally grown or organic. (but with some budgets that can't always be the case.) Carb wise you can eat anything that is truly 100 percent whole wheat/ whole grain. If there are weird and hard to pronounce ingredients listed on a packaged food, stay away from it.
